Step 1: Sign in
- Go to office.com.
Go to https://portal.office.de.
- Enter your Microsoft personal, work or school account and password.
Or, sign in from your desktop app.

To share a file from an Office app like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint:
- Select Share on the ribbon.
- Enter a name or email address.
Note: To change permissions, select the drop-down. Allow editing is checked by default. To change to view only, uncheck this box and select Apply.
- Select Send.
Collaborate with others
After you share your file, you can work on it with others at the same time.

You can co-author with others in both the Office Online apps and the desktop apps.
For the best experience, open the file in an Online app to see changes as they happen. Colored flags show you who is editing and where.

- Go to office.com and select Teams.
Go to https://login.partner.microsoftonline.cn and select Teams.
Go to https://portal.office.de and select Teams.
- Sign in with your work or school account.
Note: To use Microsoft Teams, make sure  you have an Office 365 account with a Business or Enterprise Office 365 license plan, and  your IT Admin turned on Microsoft Teams in the Office 365 Admin center. For more info, see How do I get access to Microsoft Teams.
- Select a channel, and then select Files.
- Select Upload, select a file, and then Open.Post a document like one of these: 5 new ways to work with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Or, select Conversations, use @ to mention someone, and attach a file.
