A step-by-step guide to ripping us off.

What you need to know

  • Having been around for over a decade, Minecraft has a long and colorful history.
  • There have been many accounts from various sources detailing parts of Mojang Studios’ past.
  • Now, Mojang Studios themselves is tackling the task, with a brand-new YouTube series, debuting July 31, 2020.
  • “How We Make Minecraft” will go over how Minecraft is build, why certain decisions are made, and more.

Minecraft has been around for a very long time now, and you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who hadn’t heard of this infamous creative survival game. Now Mojang Studios wants to talk about how Minecraft came to be, and how Minecraft continues to evolve with consistent updates, like the Nether Update that was released only a few weeks ago. “How We Make Minecraft” is a new YouTube series that should have monthly videos detailing many aspects of Minecraft’s creation.

Judging by the announcement trailer, “How We Make Minecraft” will be a humorous introspective into all the many things that make Minecraft special, including design decisions, how new mobs are added, and much more. I for one am excited to see what Mojang Studios is cooking up, and if they can maintain the wonderful tone present in the trailer. If you’re interested, please feel free to give the trailer a watch and let us know what you though in the comments below! The first episode for “How We Make Minecraft” will release on July 31, 2020.
