Drive an Arch Motorcycle through Night City.
What you need to know
- Cyberpunk 2077 is the much anticipated open world RPG from ‘the Witcher 3’ creators CD Projekt RED.
- The game is coming later this year, and will feature a wide array of different custom vehicles for the player to drive.
- As well as collaborating with Porsche, Cyberpunk 2077 worked with custom motorcycle company Arch Motorcycle.
- The company was co-founded by Keanu Reeves, further increasing his involvement with the game.
Everytime we see more of Cyberpunk 2077, it feels less real, and that holds even more true after the fourth episode of Night City Wire, which showed off the wide variety of vehicles that will be available in Night City and its surroundings. Beyond the many custom vehicles that CD Projekt RED has designed (with the inspiration of real vehicles) for its futuristic dystopia, the development studio has also collaborated with German car legend Porsche on a unique 911 Turbo for Keanu Reeves’ Johnny Silverhand, and with custom production motorcycle company Arch Motorcycle.
If you weren’t already aware, Arch Motorcycle is an American company that custom tailors its production motorcycles for each buyer. More than that, the company was also co-founded by Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger, further increasing the dramatic influence that Keanu Reeves is having on Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projekt RED recorded audio from a real Arch Motorcycle product and are bringing the motorcycle to Night City, with some futuristic injections to give it that modern cyberpunk edge.
Cyberpunk 2077 is looking more impressive by the second, and with more knowledge about its vehicles (and its exciting vehicle collaborations) out in the wild, it looks like Cyberpunk 2077 is taking some inspiration from open world mainstays like GTA in its world design as well, which I don’t think anyone will be complaining about. I’m sorry, Roach, but you’re not an Arch Motorcycle.
A dark and gritty world
The standard for next-gen.
Cyberpunk 2077 is the latest project from CD Projekt Red, the developers behind the Witcher 3. To follow up the game that defined a generation of gaming, Cyberpunk 2077 needed to be huge, ambitious, and captivating. Every indication says that CD Projekt Red is posed to repeat history with their sci-fi, open-world RPG adventure.
